About Anne

A writer who believes stories can bring us back to ourselves.

I write because stories have always felt like a doorway — into imagination, into understanding, into the quiet places we don’t always have language for.

My work explores the inner world: the emotional landscapes we carry, the questions we grow into, and the parts of ourselves that want to be seen, softened, and remembered. Through children’s books, reflective essays, and gentle storytelling, I create spaces where readers of all ages can slow down and reconnect with what matters most.

I’m especially drawn to stories that speak across generations — stories that children feel in their bodies and adults recognize in their hearts. I believe imagination is not an escape from reality, but a way back into it.

My path to writing has been shaped by years of listening — to children, to families, to animals, and to the quieter rhythms of daily life. Along the way, I learned how deeply stories shape behavior, identity, and connection — and how much healing can happen when we feel understood.

Writing became the place where all of that listening came together.

What I Write

  • Children’s books that invite emotional awareness, courage, and self-trust

  • Reflective essays and letters exploring motherhood, creativity, and inner healing

  • Stories for the inner child — the part of us still learning how to belong
